Cleaner - Middlemount

 

An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent part-time Cleaner to join our Engineering and Infrastructure Directorate based in Middlemount. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to mopping and vacuuming of floors, damp dusting, waste management, re-stocking of supplies, the ability to maintain records and complete cleaning schedules.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Demonstrated experience in cleaning and customer services.

• An understanding of chemical and cleaning equipment.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to quality standards.
• An Australian C Class Open driver’s licence.

BENEFITS

• $28.37 per hour plus allowances.
• 19 hours per week with the opportunity to take on extra hours as required.
• 5 weeks annual leave pro rata @ 17.5% loading.
• Up to 13.5% super in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement.
• Flexible working arrangements (in accordance with Council’s Certified Agreement).
