The DCS Salesforce Team will deliver development, support and maintenance services related to the ECU Salesforce platform. The Team Leader will utilise exceptional communication and management skills, supported by expertise in the delivery of enterprise applications to implement best practices covering the technical services provided by the team.
Key Criteria:

Demonstrated minimum 10 years' experience in the Information Technology industry, supporting/delivering Enterprise Applications across diverse business areas;
Demonstrated experience in leading teams in the delivery and implementation of technology solutions, with experience with Salesforce and/or CRM solutions being highly desirable;
Proven experience in preparing business cases, documentation and presentations for a variety of audiences;
Proven experience in a large complex environment focusing on business enablement via translation of business requirements into effective technology solutions; and
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and in the facilitation of workshops and engagement sessions.

Remuneration
This full time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $122,934 to $128,562 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
