The Roles
We are seeking a dedicated Airfare Ticketing Specialist who has extensive experience in issuing and reissuing airline tickets, to support our first & business class airfare consultants, process flight schedule changes, cancellations, refunds
You can work Part Time or Full Time, with flexible locations.
Skills and Experience
Minimum of two year experience in working with Amadeus advance reservation, ticketing, and fares
Proficiency in issuing and reissuing airline tickets via Amadeus and Consolidators
Excellent knowledge and experience in booking airfares, fare rules and regulations, including but not limited to around the world fares, reissuing and refund process
Responding to customer flight enquiries on date change, schedule change, name change, refunds, cancellation
Processing refunds via Amadeus and third-party suppliers (Consolidators)
Managing Amadeus queues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to thrive in a high volume environment
A high level of attention to detail
Strong time management and deadline prioritisation ability
