About us
This role operates within the Asset Management (AM) branch of Built Environment (BE). AM provides strategic planning, reporting and operational support services to manage current and future facility and asset management requirements for CSV.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Facilities Contract Manager, the Contract Manager will be responsible for management of facilities service contracts (ESM, Mechanical and Lifts/Escalators) with a proactive approach to delivery and oversight, strong stakeholder relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and commitment to quality assurance to ensure CSV's facilities remain fully operational to all service users without disruption.
The contract manager will oversee performance and compliance functions in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts.
About you
To be successful in the role, the right candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in management of service contracts across a large multi-site organisation
- Facilities management experience with competency in resolving contractual issues and disputes.
- High Level of Administrative expertise with demonstrated ability in report writing, presentations and financial forecasting.
- Excellent financial skills with demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial analysis and tracking service provider billing as per contract terms.
- Demonstrated experience in using data and analytics to track service provider performance and support decision making.
- Experience managing service expectations, collaborating with Facilities Managers and internal and external stakeholders.
- A highly motivated individual, with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
