Who are we?
ATA Connections is a small local company that provides end-to-end technical field services throughout Southwest Australia.
Our field technicians specialise in the installation, recovery, and maintenance of EFTPOS and related IT equipment.
The opportunity:
- Install, upgrade, maintain, recover, and replace EFTPOS terminals.
- Provide customer service and on-site training to customers.
- Maintain vehicle stock.
- Regular stocktakes of inventory.
- Meet set KPIs or SLAs.
- Casual employment that requires driving to different customers within Margaret River and surrounding areas. Own vehicle required
What you will need to be successful:
- No qualifications needed! We are looking for someone who has a knack for learning and an interest in IT
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work autonomously and enjoys driving around to different customers.
- Applicant must reside in Margaret River.
