The Australian National Maritime Museum (ANMM) are seeking a highly energised, and dynamic expert to join our team as a Facilities Coordinator! The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the planning, prioritisation and implementation of building and general maintenance across the Museum as well as perform routine site inspections, ensuring building standards, operational requirements, specifications, heritage requirements and workplace health and safety standards are met and comply with applicable codes and regulations.

High level overview of responsibilities:
- Support Senior team members in delivering facilities management services across the Museum including administration support, basic housekeeping and appointment coordination.
- Oversee the supervision and management of maintenance and support staff on site in the absence of Building Services/Maintenance Manager.
- Develop appropriate scopes of works and contract documentation to all Service Contracts to be entered into under the Museums procurement procedure.
- Conduct periodic site and maintenance inspections across the Museum.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance or repair work assignments across the Museum.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated ability to work in high pressure environments.
- Strong administration, organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in desktop applications such as Word, excel, outlook and Work Order Management Systems.
