Join our Tom Price or West Angelas site-based teams and play an integral part in the continuous growth and success. Assist the delivery of major infrastructure remediation projects for Australia’s tier 1 clientele.
THE ROLE
You will be fully responsible for supporting the team with the coordination of both general and project administration.
- Coordinating timesheets, training bookings and personnel mobilisations
- Ensuring office supplies, equipment and stock levels are maintained
- Invoicing
- Coordinating travel arrangements for both management and field staff
- Preparation of monthly reports and coordination of site access requests
- General administrative duties including filing, correspondence, purchase requisition, ordering of supplies
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will bring previous experience in a varied administration role along with:
- Experience in mobilising personnel for Rio Tinto Sustaining Capital Projects (advantageous, though not essential)
- Prior experience within the mining industry
- Ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines
- Ability to form positive stakeholder relationships of all levels
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced use of the MS Office
- Knowledge of financial control systems (Oracle / JD Edwards exposure is advantageous, though not essential)
