Your role will include:
- Providing Administrative & Secretarial support
- Performing various Bookkeeping duties
- Reception/Front of House duties
- Reconciliation of Accounts
- Assisting in amending all outgoing quotations
- Data Entry & Database Management
- Handling all incoming & outgoing correspondence
- Coordination of Building Permits for projects
- Ordering of all office supplies and stationery as required
About you:
- Proficient with using MYOB, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work within at team environment
- Willingness to contribute to all team goals
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Previous experience within a similar role is highly desirable
