Our Global Engagement team have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Pathways Programs to join the team in this newly created role.
Reporting to the Academic Director (Global Engagement), you will work collaboratively with the Academic Director, partner institutions and relevant academic units to ensure the direction, development and review of quality and contemporary ELICOS and Foundation Programs that represent best-practice in the field.
This role is also responsible for the oversight of all Swinburne ELICOS, UniLink Bridging and Foundation Programs delivered both in Australia and offshore. You will do this by ensuring regulatory compliance, leading program reviews and unit panels, undertaking continuous quality improvement, developing new resources, establishing quality assurance processes and liaising with partners and teaching staff both onshore and overseas.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated understanding of the ELICOS and Pathway educational environment
- Extensive teaching experience across ELICOS Programs
- Educational management experience
- Experience in curriculum development within ELICOS and/or Pathway units
- Highly developed networking, interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
- High level of oral and written communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines, while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- An appropriate postgraduate TESOL qualification/s
