What you’ll deliver with us
Reporting into our Senior Product Manager, you will manage the Unaddressed Mail portfolio to maximise the benefit to Australia Post.
You’ll also
Enable the Unaddressed Mail product architecture covering all aspects of customer journey including two digital product platforms covering all customer segments (Consumer, SMB, E&G, etc)- Support the development and implementation of customer and channel frameworks to optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of how we manage customers, i.e. ultimate accountability for connecting customers with the Unaddressed Mail experience
- Enable the development and implementation of the pricing and yield strategies and associated planning and execution.
- Enable Unaddressed Mail performance and the underlying P&L and work in unison with Finance, Regulatory, Networks and broader stakeholders
- Enable the customer, channel and other experience requirements and enable the partnership with the Product Experience team to get them executed on across the Customer journey
- Enable the continuous improvement initiatives across the business to ensure market leadership and customer delight for Unaddressed Mail
- Enable and support Enterprise level initiatives to optimise the Unaddressed Mail value proposition
- Support achievement of the P&L FY revenue and ebit target
- Support the financial forecasting, budget management, modelling and reporting to drive profitability; define and track success metrics
- About you
- You are an experienced Product Manager, ideally with mail industry knowledge.
What we’re looking for
Experience in developing product strategy and the end-to-end product lifecycle management- Significant experience collaborating with a complex and multi-tiered stakeholder group to realise commercial outcomes
- Demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end product value chain levers
- Ability to influence and drive outcomes across complex Enterprise environment
- Experience driving initiatives that gain buy-in and sign off from senior stakeholder groups
- Proven ability to work in teams and support influencing and driving outcomes across complex Enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of product frameworks and approaches
- Commercial acumen and knowledge of strategic business plans, operational executions plans and customer experience improvement plans
- Knowledge of product and customer experience management methodologies and practices
- Strong analytical thinking capability with experience using data to gain insight, solve problems and create opportunities
- Knowledge of competitor offerings.
