The role:
NESS Super is seeking people who are passionate about providing exceptional service in our Contact Centre, supporting our members and employers with their superannuation enquiries.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls and web chat contact from members, employers and other stakeholders
- Proactively initiate contact with members and employers through outbound calls (warms leads)
- Responding to email enquiries
- Manage and resolve member and employer concerns and complaints
- Other as advised
About You:
You will be the trusted voice of NESS Super, brand advocate and the consummate professional. Always placing the member first, you will be personable, patient and have a natural ability to adjust and adapt your communication style effectively. Through your experience you have:
- Previous experience in a call centre environment (minimum 1-2 years)
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
- Empathy and a genuine desire to assist customers
- Excellent active listening skills to understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
- Superannuation/Finance experience will be highly regarded
