Job Description

Our Enterprise Technology Advisory team brings together skills in intelligent automation, data engineering and software integration to help our clients align their technology capabilities with their strategic and operational objectives. We also draw on KPMG’s extensive national and global resources, adopting a multidisciplinary approach to help unlock the full potential of existing and new technology investments.

Community Care (CC) is a software business unit within Enterprise Technology Advisory. CC develops, implements, and supports a managed SaaS platform of the same name that is based on MS d365 CE & Field Service applications & Power Apps. CC supports care and health providers, specifically in disability, aged care and community services. The software functions span customer management, workforce management, mobile care delivery and claims & payments with significant industry extensions to comply with quality standards and funding rules.

Your Opportunity

As a member of our Community Care team, the Community Care Functional Consultant (Manager) will play a crucial role by:

  • Spearheading Dynamics projects to align customer business processes with best practise Community Care functions.
  • Guide clients to standard Community Care as opposed to building one-off be-spoke client versions of Community Care.
  • Leading and facilitating design workshops to gather business requirements and tailor Community Care configurations to customer-specific workflows.
  • Collaborating closely with Architects, Business SMEs, and other Designers to enhance the standard functions of Community Care and implement localisations only when absolutely necessary.
  • Conducting system demos and providing training for customer end-users.
  • Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, and evaluating their business impacts.
  • Ensuring project scope aligns with pre-set implementation timeframes and budgets.
  • Assisting in testing processes.

Your Experience

  • Deep functional experience in at least one of the following functional areas:
    • D365 CE – customer experience, field service knowledge or
    • CRM or Workforce management in similar products to Community Care based on non-MS technologies.
  • Prior experience with delivering and implementing competing software product in the Healthcare Health, Aged & Human Services, either as part of a customer project or working with a software vendor.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software functions and capabilities (MS d365 and Community Care)
  • Hands-on experience with designing and building end customer reports and dashboards.
  • Desirable if you are familiarity with the services and funding business rules that relate to Disability (NDIS) and Community Aged Care (HCP, CHSP, DVA).
