If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Complaint. This role is roughly 15-20 hours pw, and candidates must be available weekend evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring quality and consistency in every order
- Handle phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Cutting and boxing cooked pizzas
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist with food preparation, including cutting vegetables, preparing dough, and assembling ingredients
- Cooperate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for every customer
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pizza making, kitchen work, or a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
- Availability to work on weekends is essential
- Flexibility to work additional shifts when required
