Merchandise Manager (4x4 & Escape)- Rowville


 

The Opportunity:

It doesn't happen often that we have an availability for a talented Merchandise/Category Manager to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic, creative and commercially savvy individual to lead a small team managing the 4X4 & Escape category, one of our fastest growing segments with a diverse product portfolio combining market leading national brands and a strong own-brand programs.

You will have overall responsibility for the growth and profitability of the category.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Development, implementation and manage end to end category strategy
  • Manage price, promotions, range and space within physical branches, online and reseller
  • Reviewing market trends and data to identify opportunities to drive sales and profitability
  • Completion a structured range review calendar
  • Sourcing, negotiation and execution of the new product development pipeline
  • Development of strong internal and external relationships
  • Coach, mentor and develop a small team
